Hey does anyone have any good exercise activities to do cause I am getting bored with walking, and I dont care for running all that much. How do some of you workout?

I do 2 minutes of walking then I sprint for 1 minute. It really makes the time go by quicker and it is a great workout if you do it for 30 minutes.

Listen to music while you walk, or walk w/ a friends. Or just think of how great it would be to be a few sizes smaller, that always helps.
