i need to lose about 10-20 pounds at first then maybe some more.....i have been running about 4 times a week and football in school and walking on weekends, plus some biking(30 min.) and keeping a fairly healthy diet(lots of soup and water)my bf has lost a lot of weight from when he was in elementaryschool and now he is 135 and 5'10 and i got encourged by hearing his story do you think i could lose 10-20 pounds by the end of october?PLEASERESPOND

i think you should keep up the good work when i was 11 i wheid 140 and was getting fater so i basicly did the same thig you are doing so it will work

it sounds like your doing really well i ride my bike 13 miles a day and walk 3 and have had great luck. the thing that keeps me going is my boyfriend and my family. i know your going to make your goal mabey not as fast as you want but you will make it! im here to talk if you need to. - some chick
