Hi ! I was doing really good with looseing weight ! But then it stopped I was 205 and got down to 195 i was so happy cause i was doing it with out really trying! I whached what i ate an dworkout and then it stopped now i am still 195 and i won't loose anymore. It's been a few months what should i do? Any good diet exercise anything? Please help

The reason why you lost 5 lbs. all of a sudden, then not any more is because first you lose all your excess water, which is really easy to lose. It gets much harder to lose after that. Just keep trying what you've been doing. Tips, um, you could substitute everything else you drink with water, and crunches make your stomach flat. Jogging a little ways daily can change a lot. Lose the junk food and sweets, or you'll gain it back. um...that's all I can think of. Hope that helped. :D
