Hey, I've been here before but it's been a while. I am very commited to losing 30 lbs. That would make me like...135lbs i guess. I REALLY need a good diet that makes me feel better about myself and my weight. I've tried the No-carb stuff, and it took me like a month to lose 5 lbs. So I really need some help. Thanks -Brett

Hey Brett, I suggest that you just have 3 healthy meals a day. Slowly cut back on the junkfood, soda, fatty meat, and stuff like that. I once went on a diet and all I did was eat healthy and I lost 10 pounds! But I gained all of it back because I started eating bad. So if you DO go on a diet, stick to it. I am trying to get back on a diet. It's really hard but I have dedicated myself to losing weight. Well, hope to talk to you later and GOOD LUCK!
