hey my name is chelsea, in 14, and im 5'2 and i weigh 190 lbs. In order to be a healthy weight i need to lose 60 lbs. In this coming may is our school formal dance, and ill start softball. I did some math and figured out that if i lose 2 lbs. a week then ill be at my goal in 8 months. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can do this, b/c im not interested in quick weightloss, I want the pay off to last a lifetime. I also want to lose weight because of health reasons. Ovarian and Breast cancer run in my family, and obese women are more at risk for them, which really scares me. I heard this quote on a commerical for subway "Its not the one choice you make, it's the 100+ during the day that matter." Once again if anyone has any suggestions to help me, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, god bless, and good luck to everyone out there whose battling overweight.

if you exercise alot and eat less and healthir I think you can do it. the first couple of weeks are going to be hard but eventually you will start to get the hang of it and after every day of eating less and exercise you feel SOOO good! you can do it!!!
