okay so ive been trying to hold back on cravings and controlling it bc of how people told me depro doesnt have THAT bad of cravings...i woke up, had a mini bag of popcorn....had 3 chicken strips and 9 fries for lunch...and 3 small pieces of vegie lasania for dinner then had a chocolate bar to ease the minor craving of it for desert lol...DOES THAT SOUND OKAY??? i hope im doing okay!! oh and i run a mile everyday! i got it down to 7:50 min last night!! :)

you did great! but you need more fruits and veggies in your diet. try breaking the candy in half and putting the other half away and you can keep telling yourself that you can have more later...
