hey everyone i was wondering if this is a good way to lose weight well i havent been dieting i eat like i normally do lot of junk food like chips, cookies but i walk home from school which is like a mile and 1/2 so like i need tips to make the eating part good so PLLLLEASE help anyone...

well.... try to eat healthy. for breakfrest have like um cereal or oatmeal and a fruit/vege.... for lunch salad or
whatever you wanna eat as long as its not too bad for you
and for dinner... idunno 0.o
