Hey everyone, is this a good eating thing? wake up, breakfast, school, lunch, get home, and little snack, and then 3 hours later have dinner, and MAYBE a little snack afterwards....and the exercise plan isTues and Thrus. gymnastics hour and a half after schoolmon, wed, fri, sat, sun run/walk for a mile and mon wed and fri weight lift...when should i start losing weight!!! Thanx!

Depends on what kind of food. Eat healthy foods and only a few bad foods, and you should lose weight in a week.
