HI IAM 13 AND WEIGH 231 I AM VERY OVER WEIGHT MY GOAL IS TO WEIGH 130 AT LEAST I GO TO SOUTH SIDE MIDDLE SCHOOL I KNOW I HAVE TO LOSE ALOT OVF WEIGHT AND I KNOW THAT I DO GET PICKED ON MOST OF THE TIME I HAVE NEVER HAD A BOY FRIEND AND I REALLTY WANT ONE CUS AT MY SCHOOL NO ONE WANTS TO DATE THE FAT KID IN SCHOOL . Just eat less and eat better foods. You need 5 fruits OR vegetable (combination). You should excersize for an hour a day. If you can't excersize that much, start off with as much as you can do and then increase by 5 minutes each week until you get up to 60 minutes. I hope this helped. If you want something that gets you on a schedule of how many calories or whatever, JOIN WEIGHT WATCHERS! It's great, I love it, I am almost done w/ my first week! I hope it works!
