Hey people. I haven't been here in a while. I haven't gotten anywhere since the last time I posted. I'm 129 which is healthy for me being 5'1" but It's at the high end of my healthy weight range I guess. I was 147...most of you already know that...I can't seem to get past 129. My goal weight is 115-120 ( which I think is really good for someone my height )I'm starting to lose hope..I was doing great being that I got to 130 from 147 and all that but now I'm like stuck. I've been stuck here for like 2 months. Trust me .......I am very happy that I lost that first 17 pounds but I do want to reach my goal. Are there any idea's on how I can lose this last 10-15 pounds. You just need to excersize more than you have been and try eating a little less OR eat healthier foods.

Hi I am 175 pounds and i lost 15 pounds from weight lifting at school. you shuld try weight lifting. godd luck
