Today I had a pastry for breakfast (yea horrible I know), yougurt for lunch,(about 220 cals), a candy apple for snack (160 cals) and then like 8 of these rice cakes (25 cals each) with jam and cheeze on them, and then for dinner I had a hot dog on a bun with ketchup, relish, and mustard (horrible) and a smoothie drink (80 calories). How'd I do? Please anwser, it's so depressin when my replies are empty.

you didn't do too bad. i mean- i think you stayed under 1500 calories depending on how many were in the pastry...

hmm i think you did all right, although you could have done better and just have a regular apple, and plain rice cakes instead. But otherwise i think u did ok. You canmake up for it tomorrow
