omg i've been eatting normally but in the apst two days ive gained 5 pounds i just dont understand i was doing so good!!!

hunni i wouldnt worry so much you can put on the extra few pounds in more ways than one, just because you've put on this weight, that doesnt mean its the food. It can be because you've just left a period or due to start one, it can also be water, im sure you are doing very well, and dont let that bring you down because your body works in all different ways, trust me, im sure it will all work out, ill have my fingers crossed for you sweetie! xxx

errr when are you people going to understand, you didnt gain actual weight as in fat.. its probably water weight ... dont you know by now that your weight can fluctuate and go up by even five pounds in a few days.. dont worry so much

if your on a diet and have been working out a lot lately its most likely mustle (however u spell it), mustle weighs more then fat, if you haven't and when you say i've been eating normall as in like ur not on a diet just normal foods its probably because all that bad food you ate is catching up to you, keep trying it could be a good thing!

are you weighing yourself at the same time of day, the best time is in the morning before you eat anything, and it could be that you need to change something maybe your exercise, or different foods.

hmm maybe it has something to do with your metabolism! eat foods to speed it up!
