Hey , Sorry, but Sarah is wrong studies, now show that dairy products actually help you loose weight strangely enough I read it on a website and in a couple of magazines and otherplaces....

no u shudnt eat cheese and milk! have a small amount each day because they have vital vitamins but that much will make u put on weight! just drink lots of water and eat fruit and vegtables, fresh if u can. and build up ur exercise, try do something everyday but at the least u should be doing 30mins of exercise 3 times a week. u need 2 break out in a gentle sweat and be slightly out of breath 2 begin with. u will find it will get easier so increase the speed or intensity of what you are doing. you will feel so much better about yourself and have lots more energy! good luck xxx

okay, the food you eat take smaller postions and drink as much water whenever you can,also drink 3 classes of milk a day if you can at least have one glass and have cheese or some dairy product! try to exersize a little more like run 5 or 10 min a day is all u need and if you can't do it everyday do it everyother day, or start up a sport that you like, also try to eat some fruit and veggies, trust me you will lose some weight!
