Hi people,I visit this site often but never really post anything. Tomorrow and some days after that,my whole gym class will be weight lifting. I don't have any problems with that it's just my bicep is pretty fat and big (not too big!) I know that lifting weights builds muscle but how will the fat come off? Well were not going to be weight lifting everyday,were also going to be exercising in the weight room. I can't wait to exercise because the whole summer I just sat on the couch and watched tv. There was only one day where I walked to the park which is kind of far and I think I walked for an hour but when I came home,my feet hurted so bad. Also when I was walking I wasn't wearing an walking shoes. I was wearing these cheap shoes from Target. I'm very excited to come back in the weight room and the truth is I want to lose weight because I am overweight. I'm also the biggest in my gym class and there are only three girls (counting me) in my gym class! I also want to start eating healthy now that I'm in school,but the problem is in my school there are three lunch lines. One just has bosco sticks,nachos and cheese and a pretzel. The other line is a deli sandwich line. In that line they have turkey,ham,tuna fish with bits of celery and some other stuff in it,and they have roast beef. The other lines which are the same is just pizza,cheesburgers,fries and other food. Although one line has a salad bar in it,but that's the line that gets full very fast!! Should I just go in the deli sandwich line everyday? Thanks everyone who took time to read this.
