eating no carbs is the Aitkens diet, which depending on what kind of foods you eat can be just as much bad as good. You can stay of the sweets and crap and still be able to have a diet, its not what you eat, its eating in proportion huni, i recommend the WeightWatchers, do it yourself for a short while, its a point system, you can eat what ever you want!!! but it has to be under the points, weight watchers will help you, it gives you a book on all the foods you can think of and it tells you how much points, now depending on what your weight it, you have a certain amount of points, you should try it out, usually take the amount of points your allowed each day and deduct 2 points from that immediatly, this means when it comes to the weekend you can have yourself a little treat with the extra points, its working for me ;)! keep on going huni i believe in u, u can do it !! xxxx

Carbs are very important, where sugar isn't, as long as you get natural sugar from fruits, and 100% juices.

Well sugar is considered a carb, there are simple and complex carbs. You just got to eat the right carbs. Like fruits and vegetables, and whole grain and whole wheat bread and pasta. Cut out candy, white bread, sugar, and things made with white flour.
