hey everyone.. im going on the 1500 cal. diet and im going to be exercisng and drinking only water.. and maybe 1 diet soda a day... and eatn more veggies.. and at the most one junk food snack a dayy not even that i hope its going to be great i wanna lost 50-60 lbs by June-July that 11 months i know i can doo itt!! wish me luck!! again.... im going to start off fresh on Mon..! xO RIna

ashley thats what i do lol, but you shouldnt have soda on your diet and mabe you should have one junk food everyother day thats better, good luck~

instead of starting on monday why don't u start now. Cuz on monday ur probably gonna say im gonna start off fresh on tuesday. Then on tuesday ur probably gonna say im gonna start on wednesday.... thats why u should start now.
