Ahh i screwed up today=( B-oatmeal, glass of juice. s-frozen yogurt (don't know how bad that is, but i am assuming its not good). l-big hotdog, on bun with ketchup, ice tea. s-pear su-a large healping of spagetti ,carrots and dip, skim milk and a piece of garlic bread (oops). i hade like 50 grams of fat today, instead of my goal of 20-25, and way too many calories. for exercise i jsut walked a little, and went rollerblading around the block once.:( any ideas what to wear(other than black) to make you look slimmer?

Its not my regular plan, infat my plan is just to eat heathier things, and the stuff i ate that day just wasn't healthy

im not trying to be mean but i know those breakfast lunch dinner plans might work i think you would get tired and bored of eating the same thing everyday, and your mom prob wouldn't wanna go out and buy more, but i can tell you the "Core Secrets" works great, just telling you but im not telling you that you have to stop your diet plan im just giving advise, good luck~

It would have been healthy if you didnt have the hotdog and the garlic bread. Just had something healthier at lunch, but it is ok to have once in a while, just dont do it everyday. Frozen yogurt, can be good for you, because it has calcium, and is a whole lot better than ice cream.

like for designs, if you wanna wear stripes wear vertical ones, not horizantal because they are definetly NOT slimming trust me they make ur belly look way bigger...!
