Ok, i need help, i feel reallly bad about myself, i weight 166, and im 5"9, and i feel so bad about myself, if you have anysuggestions on how to loose weight, other than eating healthy, cuz im doing that, but what kind of excersize could i do??? thanks

Dont feel bad about yourself. It never helps, if you think postive then it is easier to lose weight. Any exercise and movement is good. Just add any exercise you can, like walking, taking stairs, instead of an elevator, playing sports, playing with dogs, swimming, it all can add up to a big weight loss, just dont exhaust yourself.
