b-oatmeal, glass of skim milk, a pear l-1 slice of turkey on 2 slices of brown bread with mustard and cucumbers, 1 carrot, glass of skim milk. sn-1 apple s-very small piece of ham, 1 corn on the cob, cauliflower, potatoes, glass of water. d-(whoops!) small piece of banana cake with raspberries, forf exerices i just walked a little, and i think i will do some crunches tonite. do u think continuing ot eat like this(without the dessert!!) i can lose a pound or two by saturday?i know thats like in 2 days and pretty much immposibble but if i lose some of this excess water weight...just maybe

sounds good. if you cut back on your sodium then you'll lose water weight
