hey! i dont really know if i did very well today...but you guys can tel me! well for breakfast i had a toaster stroudle and milkfor lunch i had a bologna and cheese sandwich, banana, ritz crackers, and 2 cookiesfor dinner i had a cup of broccoli cheese soup, a bannana and strawberry smoothie thing, and a few bites of chickenand to work out..i ran for 30 minutes in cross country! how does this day sound?!

I think that is good.. maybe add more vegtables thought thats something I need to work On too drink plenty of h2o!!! GOODLUCK!

For breakfast you should try something that has more nutrition in it and will keep you more full like oatmeal or high fiber cereal , toaster streudles have lots of sugar and complex carbs which put ya in a slump after an hour or so! ... Also bologna has like no nutrients for you and is super fatty, you can try turkey bologna thats more healthy! Prolly skip the cookies lol ... or shoot for a less fattening / lower calorie dessert like sugar free chocolate jello pudding with fat free cool whip, or frozen yogurt or something! :) nice job on the work out too!
