Hi. i'm 5"7 and i weigh 180. i would like to get down to around 160. my main area of fat is my belly its not huge, like ita not that noticable but i wanna lose it and i would like to try to get some abs if any1 would like to help me make a diet and exercise plan or just wants to give me some tips plz reply ASAP thanx

You basically just have to burn more calories then you are taking in! You can join Weight Watchers or something so that you have an easier system (like Weight Watcher Points) to count by. Some good ab exercises are crunches! Or you could get an Ab workout video somewhere. Hope this helps and good luck. *Ray*Ray*

eat six small meals a day and exercise 3 times a week! i lost a stone by that! good luck! xx
