hey everyone. my mom bought richard simmons rockin to the oldies 3 lol but i put it on and its really fun and it is a real workout. i waited until my parents and sister were out of the house...then i popped the dvd in...and i just danced and danced and i could not stop laughing at myself. it was really fun and its good exercise. my friend wants to do it with me so that should be really fun. plus on the dvd there is a section thats success stories...and its so inspirational! theres a 12 year old that lost 30 pounds, and a 27 year old who lost 180 pounds! all from adding that extra exercise in their day. anyways...my point is...find an exercise that you like and thats fun! i am excited to dance again today lol! but for some reason i dont like doing it with my mom or dad in the house. theyd probably think im crazy cause i can't stop laughing while i'm doing it. and after you do it....you really do feel great. i know every single person here has the capibility to lose weight if they want. you need to be in the right mind frame, and you need to be motivated. just think of you're life and how you want to live it. you only live once...so live happily. its not fun being overweight. but the thing about being "fat" is that you can change it and control it. it's your life. think of how you're life would be if you lost all the weight you wanted, or if you began to eat fruits and vegetables and exercise everyday. then think about staying overweight for you're whole life. think about for the rest of your life eating cakes and cookies, and the affect it will have on your body, and your self esteem. be happier and healthier-instead of saying: ok! i'm going to start eating healthier and exercise tomorrow! do it today. go for a 10 minute walk. drink water. don't eat junk. you will feel great, and you will be starting a new point in your life. thats what i did, and 30 pounds are gone. i'll stop rambling...but please lose weight and be healthy for yourself and your life. i know every single person here can do it.
