Hello everyone! It's been forever and a day since I've been here and there are so many new people! I just wanted to say, as usual, you all have encouraged me tremendously!! Since I was last here I've lost a good 25 - 30lbs and plenty of inches and I feel fantastic, although anxious to lose more. lol Just wanted to update and let you know I'm still working on my weight loss and I'm still reading from time to time albeit I don't have the time to keep up with everything.
