Once again i'm starting another diet. This time imma try jus cutting back and working out. Anybody think pasta(spaghetti) is OK to eat in portions on a diet? My work out plan is Taebo 30mins(take off sunday bcuz taebo is a killer) walkin 30 mins(everyday) situp tape 15mins(everyday) and ARM tape 15mins(every other day) TELL ME WHAT U THINK!! :-)

all the diet books i read is sayin that u can eat anything u want just limit it and look @ tha serving suggestion and drink lots and lots of water!!!

hey that sounds really good! good luck! p.s tae-bo works very well i have done it conistently for about 7 months and lost 20 pounds so far! KEEP IT UP!
