hey can anyone gues how many calories i had ? Since we went to chucke cheese for lunch with my little cousins i just had an individual size pizza with hand tossed crust and i said NO CHEESE so it was just the crust, grilled chicken, and pizza sauce.. then i put parmasan cheese all over it!! good???

The pizza that i ate is healthy, i mean the sauce is wahts good for you... it has antioxidants with tomatos, grilled chicken is healthy too.. parmasan cheese is very low in fat as well.. think of it as a grilled chicken sandwich! I just wanted to know the calorie amount :) lol but thanks guys

read what i said.. i never said pizza is healthy, but its not a like this terrible dreaded thing to eat.. jesus sometimes you people are so uptight about things.. like "oh my god i had an extra 200 calories today! im gonna gain like 50 pounds now!" do some research and youll find out that everything you believe is probably false cause your naieve and talking about things with no sources whatsoever.

yeahhhh.. you cant cook nutrients out of something.. the cheese on pizza is the only thing that makes a pizza alright for someone to eat on a diet. if you take the grease off then it is fine to eat.. and your little ice cream example is completely out there and has nothing to do with what we are talking about because obviously it wouldnt make an ice cream tub healthier.

yeah.... dairy can be good... but not when it is deep fat, and all nutrients are cooked out of it!! if i have a whole tub of ice cream, and put a strawberry on top... that doesnt make the whole thing healthy... try a high carbohydrate diet... they are healthier than high protein..

um, you really didnt have to say no cheese.. actually the cheese is the part of the pizza that is good for you because of the dairy. who knows how many calories you had... you dont have to be exact all the time.
