Well, today... for breakfast (woke up at noon)-scrambled eggs with shredded cheese on toast, 2 glasses of milk lunch- nothing snack-1tbsp of peanut butter dinner-2 quarters of a large schlostki's sandwich and a cup of wisconsin cheese soup with lemonade dessert-cup of coffee ice cream w/sprinkles and chocolate chips workout-ran 2miles, lifted 8lb weights, did 500 crunches, and 60lunges! how does that day sound?!

you did great actually, peanut butter is great to eat.. two tablespoons of it counts as one serving of protein... its not good in huuggee quantities but the amount you had is perfect. peanut butter is not too fatty and does not have too many calories. its recommended actually as a good snack that will fill you up cause of all the protein in it.

i wouldnt say that you did well, too much fat,,, and not healthy overall... nutritionally

sounds all good but the whole peantbutter thing to me sounds un needed cause peantbutters has got a lot of calories and ya prob would have been better to have lunch and skip the peanut butter snack

hmm i think it sounds good 2 me. the excersize was a realli good thing lol. try not to skip meals!
