hey. umm... question, i just started school heres my meal plan: b-1 bowl special-k cereal, water l- 1/2 turkey sandwich, yogurt, and water d- this is my problem area, i always am sooooo hungary after 2 hours of volleyball, and i dunno what to do please...i need help! lol! please respond asap! thanks!Vic

try a small snack like penut butter crakers or preztals or gold fish or a pice of fruit and a bottle of water that should hold you intill dinner or after

I think you should definately have some protein at supper, and maybe a baked potato or something filling too. Just keep portion sizes in mind, and drink alot of water during the meal.
