hey you guys i like haven't posted in like months, but it just wanted to say hey. and good luck to those who are just starting off.and i have a quick question for anyone who wants to answer it.Today i weigh 147 how long will it take to loose 45lbs?like how many months on average. thanks:)

It took me about 8 to lose 30 pounds, but I could have done A LOT better, it is just b/c of summer though. Maybe 5-6 months if you do it healthy.
