hun you have to help yourself.
1. set a reasonable goal and commit to it 100%
2. do 30-60 min of cardio 4-5 times each week like walking, running, step aerobics, kickboxing, a sport...
3. tone 3 times a week for 20 min. look in magazines like self or shape for ideas.
4. eat healthily. 3 meals and 2 snacks. watch portions. be balanced: veggies, fruit, protein, grains...
5. drink lots of water. 1 glass before each meal and before, during and after you exercise.
6. if you slide a bit get right back on track and don't be guilty. success is taken each day. a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. so start now.
7. make sure you're doing this for yourself and to feel better by commiting to a more healthy lifestyle. don't do this for peer pressure, for a guy, etc.
8. don't be a slave to the scale. judge by pant size and how you look in the mirror.
