Hey everybody! I jus wanted to know when the best time to weigh urself was. I was 185 and now im 180. I know thats the much weight lost but im happy. And the thing is i havent been exercising at all. Well i jus started walking after school to my moms job so my dad can pick me up. Thats like 1/2 to 1 mile walk. My eating habits have change a lil tho. During the school day i dont hardly eat anything. Maybe somethin after school when i get home and sometimes before i go to bed. Yesterday i only had a salad when i got home and that was it. But anyway, like i asked before i got onto all this stuff..lol..when is the best time of the day to weigh?

You should weigh yourself first thing in the morning, before you even have breakfast, or anything!

Tiffany the best timeto weigh yourself is in the morning. Why? I have no idea, but i know for sure its in the morning.
