Ok, sorry for posting again, but i hav another question, i have done really, really good these past couple weeks, and i have lost nothing!! Whats the deat, is it muscle? ok ill tell u my schedule b-special k, w/ 2% milk, banana & water L-1/2 turkey samdwich, yougourt, and water d-1/2 turkey sandwich w/ apple sauce ok then right after school i have volleyball for 1 1/2 hrs, then after dinner i go to the gym for like 30 min-1 hour? HELP!! lol, whats the deal? thanks---Vic

I'm with susan on that one and i wouldn't cut out dairy because you need the calcium.

u maybe overworking yourself. you need at least 2 days of only dieting not excercise because your body needs to repair your muscle tissue and when ur body repairs muscle tissue thats when u get muscle.LOL!!

maybe cut down on the dairy products a little?
