ok THE STUPIED SCALLE was on the wrong thing im not 152 im 155 grrrrrrrr i hate this this im still on my fruit and veggie diet but im going to keep trying

If your on your period the 3 extra pounds could be water weight you'll just loose it a few days after it.. but if not.. hmm..

hey its really healthy, BUT fruits have a lot of sugars and can make you gain weight, so if you were really hard core, maybe cut down on the fruits! south beach is GREAT!

i eat for fruit apples,oranges,bananas,cantolope,watermelon veggies lettuce,carrots cellery salads and stuff like that
