My name is Nicole and I a little over weight and I was wondering if anyone had any tips for lose weight. I see all of these skinny girls in my school and it makes me feel like I'm a cow or that i don't even belong with them. Anyone have any advice

Ok, first thing... dont feel bad about what you look like... first step to losing weight, or getting to be what you wish to look like... is accepting what you look like now. Love your body before you try to change it! Second thing never discourage your slef or call yourself things like "cow"... it brings down your self estem... and when trying to lose weight, a low self estem isnt a good thing. Try exerising three to five days a week for 30-50 minutes. Take at least one day off of exersizing. Dont exerize everyday... you'll wear out quick. eat healthier.. eat what you want but in small portions... if you can live without that candy bar on the shelf dont buy it... if you can go without eating those chips in the cuboard. Dont eat them. Ya see? you'll get where you want with a little hard work, and self control... But first step is always to accept yourself. Good luck! :)
