i have no choice what i eat, but i dont eat a lot, i can exercise and i have been a little the past few days, but i weigh 208 lbs. and i want to weigh 145. what can i do

try drinking green tea. it boosts your metabolism and helps to oxidize fat.

exersize! and cut out all drinks except for water and eat between 1200-1500 calories daily...even though you have no choice in what you eat- you can cut it down to the amount of calories you should be eating...good luck!
