hey....today i didnt do that well...jsut like just about every single other day. i keep saying tomorro and all i have is bunch of false promises and a lot of extra weight. i had cereal at like 8:30 went and golfed...did a good amount of exercising then. then came home had a cheestick and skateboarded then had a pepsi popcorn pb crackers and potato chips then a slic of pizza....err im discouarged cuz now my stomach kills. BUT i did skateboard from 11:30 till like 4:45 so i got a good amount of exercise....how you think i did???reply!

I think you did well... you may gain muscle mass, which will give you a little weight... but I think you meal plan is fine.

ok after that i had a burger for dinner on a light english muffin with lettuce cheese and ketchup....then i had like 5 cape cod ships and frosted mini wheats to snack on while i played poker...but then i did 100 crunches 60 crunches on a bowflex with 80lbs of resistance 3 arm exercises with 60 reps each and 80lbs of resistance 2 leg exercises 60 reps each with 80lbs of resistance....i also worked on my ollie which i finally landed i did about 30 which gives me a leg workout. how do you think i did? will i gain weight? i know i have to change my eating habits. tomorrow ill probably be up at noon im gonna have a bowl of low sugar oatmeal a peach and a glass of skim milk or orange juice. then probly around 3 or 4 have a snack then dinner around 6....howd u think this sounds?

Eh... I think you did rather well. Just slow down on the salty and sweet foods. You can eat them, you just dont want to eat to much of them. Keep working and you'll do fine!
