What if you ate all 3 meals and 2 snacks per day. But they only add up to 885 calories? Is that unhealty even though all three meals are being eaten? Or will it help to lose the weight quicker? Thanks!

to the post below me - you cant say that she shouldnt go below 1200 calories.. everyone has a diff calorie intake that they need to fulfill.. so you cant go around and tell everyone how many calories they can and cant eat cause you dont know them and their stats.

ll still lower your metabolism- there's no way around that
