Just as i was getting dicouraged as i have gained a lot of weight in the last few weeks (nearly 10 pounds!) i got a belated birthday present, clothes, they were all sizs i used to wear, and i thought i would fir in them now sincei gained, but i tried them on and they were super big, it felt great, and gave me the extra umph not to have a bowl of ice cream.
