This is for everyone that said that apples don't make you hungry, I was told by my doctor of 15 years that they do. Yes, they have fiber, but the amount of carbs and sugars in them make you feel like you are still hungry. Eating before a meal is a good thing to do but only if it is something that will fill you, such as a salad. If you eat something that makes you hungry you will most likely eat more of the meal than you should. And for the person who said we shouldn't worry about carbs because we are teens, you need to realize there are plently of people on this site who are on low-carb diets.

I have noticed be4 if i have an apple wheni am really hungary, the pain of hunger in my stomach doesn't go away. That must be why. BUt now i eat them with peanutbutter and it is really yummy and filling.
