should people who arent overweight but want to lose some anyway diet and exercise? or will it like screw up teh metablissim so if they stop it, then they gain a lot quick?

you can diet and excerise but if yor not over weight you should just try excersie and eat normal

You dont have to diet, but exercise is good for everyone, cause it has so many benefits, and makes you look better, and can actually speed up your metabolism, and eating healthy can be just good for health reasons. So it wont mess up anything, unless you eat too few calories, never eat less than 1,200 calories.
