hey everyone.... i had the worst day like ever today. i got up at 8 had a bowl of cereal and then golfed for two hours. then i had this really good chinese chicken(fried) for lunch with fried rice. then i had a donut a medium fry and a 1/2 a frozen yougurt later on. then i went to a red sox game and had a hot dog and pretzel. im so discouarged. i dotn know what to do because i have no choice but to lose at least 5lbs by october 2nd to fit in my dress. i dont know what to do because i had lost 1 pound but i know i gained it back today and im just soooo scared i wont lose the weight in time and then i cant be in the wedding. i was at 183.4 yesterday. tomorrow im golfing again 9am-11am then the gym from 11am-to at least one. then im gonna walk/skate home which is probly a mile or more. do you think this will help at all????? and wat should i eat tomorro to try not let my mistakes ruin everything???? please reply!!!!

Hey I know I'm a pre-teen but I couldn't help resisting whether it was the same here in teens bulletin board. Anyway, what should you eat tomorrow? I don't really know but one thing is, DON'T EAT things with lots and lots of fat like fried chicken 'cos that obviously has lots of oil in it. Eat some fruit or vegetables, salad, something with less carbs and is healthy.
