i agree with somebody. i play tennis. although i'm not the best it's sooooo much fun. another thing that keeps me on track is slimfast. so far i've lost about 30lbs and am planning on losing about 15 more.

hey girl! Ok i am on the volley ball and basket ball team at school so i am constanly moving, and i have lost like 10 pounds in 2 mounths i was 197, all tho i didnt look like it i was, so try out for a team at school! You get lost of exersise or just ride you bike once a day. And dont eat the food just cause its good eat it cause you are hungry and dont over eat
