K so now i'm like balancing at 130 and i just dont know waht to do to get the needle down!! i want to lose at least 10 more pounds by the end of this month..... i've bene eatting like 1200-1300 cals per day, i think thats how i lost the last 5 lbs, but now the scale wont budge! any suggestions?

once you find a good diet your body might stop loseing weihgt for 2-6 weeks to get use to what its going thourgh but you'll lose more weight dont worrry

switch the exercise to something different from what you have been doing, muscles get used to doing one thing and they like a change.
