ok, i have tryed exercize and diet and everything. im still gunna exercize but im gunna try cutting carbs. unfortunally i LOVE carbs but im gunna try, im not doing atkins, im gunna do my own low carb program. here is my question: to lose 10+ lbs by august 23rd how many carbs should i eat a day and can anyone recomend any good foods with low carbs (i hate fish and tuna) PLEASE REPLY!

I know how you feel with the seafood. I hate it also. I did the South Beach Diet for 6 weeks. The first week I lost 7.5 pounds. It is a book you can buy but if you want I can give you some of the plans over the internet. E-mail me at Selenafan@pa.net. I will e-mail you some of the plans.

i read the minimum carbs u shood take is 130 bcus u need it for ur brain to function. something like that.. lol
