OK I GAINED 4POUNDS AND THATS ALL I LOST I CANT BELIVE THIS WHY ME I THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE WATER WEIGHT BECAUSE I WAS ON MY PEIORD SO I THOUGHT ALL THE WEIGHT WOULD COME OFF WICH IT DID BUT NOW ITS ALL BACK AND I CANT BELIVE IT IT TOOK ME ALL SUMMER TO LOSE 5 POUNDS AND NOW THERE BACK I NEED HELP QUICKLY I WANT TO WROKOUT I RELLY DO BUT IM SO SLEEPY WHEN I WANT TO HOW CAN I PICK UP THE PARTS AND START LOSEING WEIGHT AGIAN

Well.... maybe its just a slip, don't worry. It sometimes happens, you start bouncing back and forth, the only way you can make it stay down is to stay active... Try putting your favourite music on and dancing to it, maybe you won't feel so sleepy or go swimming... they usually help and make you more aware... Bleh, Good luck~!
