ok i got my idea planned for tommorow i will wake up do situps ( 15) 10 crunchies then in day time i will play basketball swim and ride my bike and at night i will do 20 situps and 15 crunchies. ho does this sound to everyone

when i wake up i do 50 crunches...then during the day i ride mybike and swim, then at night i do 100 crunches (i take a lil rest at every 20)
