I went camping from sun-today and we ate a whole bunch! It was really bad! But I am going to be marching for band thurday and friday and all of next week and some of the next. I am also going to workout w/ my mom probably 3-4 times each week and I am going to try to get my bike out of the garage. Also I am going to start eating really healthy and have bad food every 3 days. If I stay under 1400 calories and do all these excersizes, can I lose 10 pounds by August 30th? I start school then and I really want to lose some more weight. I am 5'7 and I weighed 183 last time I weighed. Plz reply~

I think that u can lose 10 lbs definitly. I road my bike last year like all summer and I lost 25lbs. But that was when I road for 2 months. I started out doing 1 mile and worked my way up to 4 miles. you just gotta keep focused. I bet that u have tried many diets before well just think of it as you have to do it just this one time and then u will be done no more new diets or anything. you can do it
