Hey! Today I am trying a low-carb diet again. I did South Beach for a month and lost 15 pounds! I really just want to get my last 20 pounds off. The only problem with doing a low carb diet is that you don't have much energy, so I need to make sure I am working out like crazy. For breakfast I ate a low carb yogurt and a low carb meal bar. For lunch I ate chicken and yougurt with a low carb piece of bread. For a snack I ate a small piece of cheese. The thing I don't understand about low carb diets is that most of the foods can be pretty fatening, yet you still lose weight??? The first two weeks is water weight but what about the rest?? I don't care really, as long as I lose weight. I am still looking for someone to be a "buddy" with me. I had an idea to have something like a competition to help us keep going. At this very moment my sister is saying "should I eat Ice cream or cheese curls??"- That is frustrating. Anyway Talk to ya guys later.

I have been trying to lose weight for a long time. But I just cant stick to anything. I dont know what diet to do. I need a lot of energy to stay awake. I was just wondering if someone could email me what they do to lose about 20 pounds quickly!!!

i really wouldn't do low carb. u will loose weight, but you gain it back 99% of the time. i did it for a while. did u know that low carb v.low fat both equal the same amount of weight loss, only low carb u loose it faster and usually gain it back plus more. i am doing low calorie low fat and i have lost weight and i am keeping it off!!! good luck!!!
