i dont have a weight lose goal..i just want to lose weight and i will be happy...should i have one? bc i kno if i have one and i dont reach it, that will make me sad and depressed....so should i have one? i dunno...i am lost..

To me the main purpose of a goal is to have something to work out. But just because you dont see down and say okay i want to here by here doesnt mean that you dont have any goals. A goal can be simple like fitting into a pair of pants that felt tight, or just keep trying to diet everyday. So no, i dont think its wrong to not have a specified goal (i dont) it all depends on how you look at your weight loss.
