does anyone have any tips on how to STAY healthy?

Eat lots of healthy food and you can reward yourself for doing such a great job by having a treat every once in a while (for me its once a week) Keep excersising, running, dancing around your house (thats what my sister does and shes in great shape!) crunches and that kind of stuff. good luck! if you want to email me at its_hopeless_love@yahoo.com *unknown*

maintain a 'healthy' diet even when you r not on a diet to lose weight try to keep thing like 5 pieces of fruit or veg a day in ur diet and try to eat a reange of foods eg. carbs some sugar fats etc these things are the basics to a healthy life style and living keep these up and u will go far (o and dont forgat to keep on doing some exercise even if its just dancing to some music in ur bedroom) hope this helps love abi
