Hey guys. I really need your help! I am 5' 4.5" and nearly 190 pounds. My parent's wedding (they are getting remarried) is in 36 days. My dress is a bit snug. I was wondering if you could give me any tips on how to tone up and maybe loose some weight by then. I know I can't loose excessive weight in that amount of time so please don't respond saying that my goal is unreasonable. I'm not expecting a lot from this, but anything to boost my self confidence would be great since I am performing at the wedding too. Thanks for your time! *TAYA // Just to let you know, I am 12, but it wouldn't let me post here unless I put 13. Please don't be angry! =)

Thank you! I put 13 because that was the only way their system would let me post it, but I am actually 12. I just wanted get help from older more experienced people.

water water water. that can flush it out fast, also limit snacking by doing something else you like to do (i like writing stories) and if it helps play some music orchew gum if it seems kind of boring and you want to forget about food for a while. exercise... of course, i love cleaning and organizing my room (which takes hours to do) so cleanings always great! going out with friends is great to!!!
